1. Live
Chat
Live
chat option is a big relief to many taxpayers. If you have any query, you use
this option to get an answer to your query from tax expert on live chat. This
facility is available from Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
2. Tax
Tools
In
this option, there are so many calculators available at one place to provide
quick tax calculations. These are Medical Facility, Rent Free Accommodation,
Transport Allowance Calculator, Children education and hostel allowance, House
rent allowance calculator, Income and Tax calculator, Deferred Tax Calculator,
Tax Calculator, Advance Tax Calculator and TDS Calculator.

It is
a chatbot that provides answers to your queries related to income-tax in
no-time. This facility is available 24x7, 365 days. In addition to this, it
also contains a section of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).

You
can locate TRP (Tax Return Preparer) in your area by using this facility in
just a click. This app will provide name, address, email address, mobile number
of TRPs and their location on Google map.

Return Preparation
This
app made your tax return preparation easy. You can file your income tax return,
check the status of your returns, download ITR form, calculate tax and check your
Form 26AS.
6. Tax
Payment
You
can calculate tax and pay your tax using this option. You can also file
rectification for tax credit mismatch, view tax credit statement, challan
status enquiry and make correction in challan.
7. PAN/TAN
In
this option, you can perform various tasks such as apply for PAN or TAN online,
re-issuance of PAN, verify your PAN, correction in your PAN, link PAN with
Aadhaar, surrender duplicate PAN and others.
8. TDS/Traces
Through
this section, you can check your form 16 or TDS certificate. It also allows you
to file TDS returns, check TDS rates and know the relevant forms.

can use this option to know your refund status, TDS mismatch, PAN migration,
Rectification status, Register Grievance and Grievance Status.

This
is a game which will test your income tax skill and knowledge. It is a MCQ (Multiple
Choice Question) based game to provide knowledge to the users. There are four
different levels in the game such as Beginner, Normal, Hard and Difficult.
