The membership charge for Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card is just Rs 100. Shoppers holding Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi card will get up to 5-10% cash back on all Patanjali products. The card also gives you an assistance of Rs 5 lakh in case of accidental death and 2.5 lakh assistance in case of permanent disability. You would need to put in Rs 500 or more for the first top up and maintain a minimum balance of Rs 100. You also need to pay Rs 20 per year as an annual charge. The maximum limit of balance in the card at any point of time is Rs 50000/-.

Thus the total discount available to the card holders for single purchase above Rs 5001/- can go up to 10% but, Yoga Teachers will be eligible for this additional 3% discount on every purchase.

Financial Assistance in case of Accident

The card member who have swiped the card for the purchase of Patanjali products of Rs 6000/- in last 180 days from the date of the accident, will be given a sum of Rs 5 lakh in case of death and 2.5 lakh in case of permanent disability. It is available for the members of the age group of 1-75 years only. Some other terms and condition are also available on the websites of ICICI Lombard/Bajaj Allianz.

Swadeshi Samridhi Card issuing Process and Registration

Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card membership is open to one and all. You can register by paying one-time membership fee of Rs 100/-. You can register yourself via offline mode or online mode.

Online Registration

You need to visit the Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card’s official website (http://www.swadeshisamridhi.com). Click on “BUY YOUR CARD” tab and enter the required information to register for the card.

After successful registration, you will receive a PIN on your mobile. Go to the nearest Patanjali Exclusive store and collect your card.

Offline Registration

Visit the nearest Patanjali Exclusive store (Patanjali Mega Stores, Patanjali Chikitsalaya, and Patanjali Arogya Kendra) and get this card against a payment of Rs 100/-. You need to provide some basic details like name, gender, age, Aadhhaar number or voter Id number, nominee name etc to activate the card. How to Recharge the Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card

The can be recharged at any Patanjali store. There is no extra charge on recharging/top up of the card. You can also recharge this card online through payment gateways. However, there might be some charges on recharging online.

What is the validity of the card?

The Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The card can be renewed by paying a nominal charge of Rs 20/-.

What if you lost your card?

You can get a new card by paying a charge of Rs 100/- at any Patanjali Exclusive store. All your previous data and balance will be transferred to your new Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi Card.
