2. Click on Consolidated Account Statement - CAMS-Karvy+FTAMIL+SBFS

3. Enter the required details as shown in the below image. The fields marked with a red star are mandatory.

4. Click on the “Submit” tab.
5. Your statement will be emailed to your registered email id in some time.

2. Enter the required details as shown in the image below.
