The SBI NO Queue app empowers you to generate virtual token at your convenience from any place before reaching the branch, thus avoiding waiting in long queues at the branch. SBI NO Queue is designed to save customers’ valuable time. The SBI NO Queue app also provides information about the estimated waiting time, number of customers ahead and a map showing the direction to reach the branch.

time. Please note that you can book a virtual ticket only during the branch

Requirements to get SBI NO Queue App
To get the SBI NO Queue app, you need the following:
1. A smart phone with Android with
OS 4.1 or above.
2. Internet connectivity like GPRS/EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi.
3. Location Services or GPS to be enabled for nearest location search.
How to use SBI NO Queue App
1. Download the SBI NO Queue App from Google Play Store/ iTunes App

2. Register with basic information such as name and mobile number.
This is just one-time registration to use the app.

Bank of India branches.
4. Locate the branches near to your current location with detailed information about the estimated waiting time and number of customers ahead of you in the queue.

6. You will receive a notification about your position in the queue.
7. A button says “Activate” will be available when you are in 5th
position in queue and your number is about to be called.
8. After reaching the branch, you need to activate your ticket to
acknowledge your presence in the branch.
How to book a virtual ticket?
1. Open SBI NO Queue app
2. Choose the required services from the list.
3. Press “Next” to view the list of available branches near to your
current location.
4. Press “Tap for details” to view the waiting customer details of that
branch.
5. Press “Book”
6. Now swipe the slider bar to book your virtual queue ticket.
7. You will receive information about position in the queue.
8. Make sure that you activate your ticket once you get the notification
and you are present in the branch.
What are the charges for availing this service?
SBI NO Queue app is available free of cost for all users. The Internet
usage charges are payable to the Telecom Service provider will apply. Contact
your telecom service provider for the internet usage charges.
