Citibank account holders can pay their Citibank credit cards bills online from their savings and current accounts without any hassle.

1. Internet Banking

You can pay your Citibank credit card bill directly from your internet banking account. The entire process is very simple. 

Just, log in to your Citibank Net banking account using your user Id and password. 

View your Citibank credit card bill. Choose to pay and complete your transaction.

2. Standing Instructions

You can set a standing instruction with Citibank to pay either minimum amount due or total amount due on your credit card bill. 

Your credit card bill amount will be directly debited from your bank account on the payment date. In this online option, you will never miss a bill.

3. Citi Mobile

Citi Mobile is the most convenient payment mode to pay your Citibank credit card bill from your Citibank Account. 

You can pay your credit card bill using your mobile phone – anytime, anywhere.

From your other bank account

You can also pay your Citibank credit card bill online from your other bank accounts using a variety of options.

1. NEFT

With NEFT option, you can pay your Citibank credit card bill through a non-Citibank bank account. 

Just add your Citibank credit card as a NEFT payee in your non Citibank bank account and initiate your funds transfer for same day credit to your Citibank Credit Card.

While doing a payee addition, please use the following details

Payee Name: Name as it appears on your Citibank Credit Card

Payee Account Number: Valid Citibank credit card number

Bank Name: Citibank N.A

Payment Account Type: Select any account type

IFSC Code2: CITI0000003

Branch Address: CHENNAI

Note: Customers residing in any city can initiate a payment using CHENNAI IFSC code and CHENNAI as a branch address.

2. RTGS

Payments done via RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) prior to cut-off will be credited to your Citibank credit card account by end of the same business day.

3. E-PAY

Citibank E-Pay is an online portal that allows you to pay your Citibank credit card bills from your other bank accounts if you don't have a Citibank account. 

This will normally take 2 working days to get credited to your Citibank credit card account.

4. ECS

You can transfer the funds for the payment of your credit card from your other bank account through a facility called ECS (Electronic Clearance System). 

With the ECS facility, you need to provide a mandate to Citibank authorizing the transfer of funds from your other bank account for the payment of your Citibank credit card.

5. Visa Money Transfer (VMT)

You can use Visa Money Transfer (VMT) option to pay your Citibank credit card bill from your other bank account. 

This will usually take 2 - 4 working days to get the funds credited to your Citibank credit card account depending on processing timelines of your bank.

6. Credit card payment from other bank’s website

You can add your Citibank credit card as utility biller with your other bank account. 

This will allow you to pay when you log in to the online banking platform of your other bank account.
